Since being admitted to the bar in 1975, Don Spears has been continually involved with commercial transactions, banking and business litigation. Because of his business expertise, Don was appointed as an organizing member of Arkansas Development Finance Authority by Bill Clinton (1986 to 1988) and later served again on that board. Don Spears is the owner of several successful businesses outside of his law practice and his office serves as a full service attorney to large and small businesses.
